Wednesday, September 22, 2021, a special training course on “Education in Emergencies for 200 teachers and volunteers for primary grades 1-6 in 24 targeted schools in Al-Mukha district, Taiz” was concluded today, Wednesday, September 22, 2021, which was implemented by the Generations Without Qat Organization for Awareness and Development, within the framework of The project "Enabling Access to Education in Priority Areas in Al-Mukha District, Taiz Governorate" funded by the Humanitarian Fund - Yemen.
The project coordinator, Nabil Mansour Al-Selwi, stressed that "during the training course, the participants acquired several concepts about education in emergencies, including appropriate teaching methods for education in emergencies, how to formulate smart goals, the teacher's role and stability, and various important topics about education in emergencies."
Generations Without Qat Organization had launched the training course on August 29, 2021 AD, in which 200 male and female trainees participated. The trainees are divided into two training groups, with ten trainees in each group, who were trained for two days.
The conclusion of the training course was attended by the Director of Al-Qaherah Directorate (west of Taiz) and the Director of the Education Office in the Directorate.
