Generations Without Qat Organization for Awareness and Development in the districts of Al-Qaherah and Mudhaffar in Taiz carried out, on Monday, November 22, 2021, a workshop on Learning lessons learned after implementing the innovative professional training activity (the first year) in the presence of a group of trainers and consultants specializing in entrepreneurship and representatives of the Center Businesswomen and organizations interested in entrepreneurship (Rawad Foundation) and a group of female entrepreneurs.

That came within the project Strengthening community participation and building the capacities of civil society organizations, women's groups, youth and women's initiatives, and activating their roles in society", which was implemented by the Generations Without Qat Organization in the districts of Al-Qaherha and Mudhaffar in Taiz governorate.

The workshop aimed to evaluate the training for the first phase of women entrepreneurs, as well as to identify the most important observations that can be avoided and developed in the training within the second phase, which will be held during the next week for a new group of women owners of entrepreneurship projects who have been selected according to criteria, the most important of which are: the type of project, service, commodity or product or the method presented by the project.

The project provides women with a series of training in the field of entrepreneurship, planning, marketing, identity building, and business continuity, in addition to consulting services after training for long periods of up to four months.

That comes within the framework of the social responsibility that Generations Without Qat Organization works on to enable women to play a positive role in decision-making and peacebuilding.
