Generations Without Qat Organization for Awareness and Development carried out , Sunday, February 20, 2022, in Al-Ma’afer District, Taiz Governorate, a training course on “formation and training of the community committee on project activities, complaints mechanism and feedback used by Generations Without Qat Organization (GWQ) and the Humanitarian Fund Yemen (YHF)

The formation and training of the community committee come within the framework of the project "Providing 150 rent subsidies and 200 livelihood assistance to displaced families in the districts of Jabal Habashi and Al-Ma'afer M / Taiz."

The formation and training targeted 15 participants from representatives of displaced families and members of the community committee formed from the targeted areas who acquired skills and knowledge about the project’s intervention and the complaints and feedback mechanism used by Generations Without Qat (GWQ) and the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).

The community committee has also been provided with tasks and roles that will facilitate the work of the registration and verification teams for displaced families in rental homes, in addition to providing them with selection criteria for those displaced families within the livelihoods activity.
