The #Generations_Without_Qat_Awareness and Development Organization continues its training courses for the organization’s work team in all its branches, which started in September 2021 and will continue until December 2021, as part of a training and qualification program for all the organization’s work team.

During the past week, Generations Without Qat Organization implemented a training course entitled Mainstreaming a Gender Perspective, in which both Jalal Abdel-Wash and Al-Batool Al-Dofri were trained.

During the training course, the organization's work team acquired concepts about:

- Dissemination of the perspective and its concepts in the organization.

Awareness of the importance of gender justice and equality in social and work life.

Explain the internal mechanisms and policies in the organization to guarantee the rights of any employee and protect him from all kinds of attacks.

- Shedding light on the suffering experienced by women in general and how to reduce it.

Ensuring that employees understand their role in raising awareness as they are workers in the field of development and humanitarian work.
