On Thursday, September 15, 2022 in Taiz Governorate, Generations Without Qat Organization for Awareness and Development launched the opening of Soul Space Gym & Café, as part of the project " Enhancing the coexistence values through social activities within sport center for Women in Taiz governorate", which focuses on empowering women as a key element in society.

This project which is being implemented by the German Agency for International Development in partnership with Generations Without Qat Organization aims to Improve the integration of female IDPs into the community by creating a safe space for women (IDPs and host community) to attend social activities in the Soul Space Gym & Café (chess - basketball - aerobics …etc) in Taiz.

The opening was launched by representatives of the Planning Office and International Cooperation, the Youth and Sports Office, the Social Affairs and Labor Office and visitors present from the host and displaced community, where representatives of the offices stressed the importance of the Women's Sports Center(Soul Space Gym & Café) in Taiz city and its impact on the displaced and host community through participation in social activities
