Thursday, February 8, 2024, the Minister of Local Administration, Hussein Al-Aghbry, met with a delegation from Generations Without Qat, headed by the head of the organization, Laila Al-Faqeeh.
During the meeting, Minister Al-Aghbry discussed with the head of the organization the plans and programs of GWQ for the year 2024. He noted the ministry’s readiness for full cooperation and joint coordination for the success of all programs and activities that local organizations are working on.
Minister of Local Administration Hussein Al-Aghbry also praised the efforts made by local partners in implementing development projects and programs that support the performance of local authorities.
For their part, the organization’s representatives explained the organization’s program map and the agreements with funders of the projects and programs that the organization is working on in a number of governorates.
