The local authority in Al-Mansoura District, #Aden Governorate, inaugurated a project to add 6 classrooms and 2 toilets, along with furniture, at Ahmed Hamed Khalifa Boys' School.

The project includes the construction of 6 new classrooms and equipping them with necessary furniture to provide a suitable learning environment for students. It also includes the construction of 2 toilets to enhance sanitation and basic services at the #school.

This project is part of efforts to strengthen the #educational infrastructure in Al-Mansoura District, reflecting the commitment of local authorities to improve the quality of education in the governorate.

It aims to meet the growing needs of the education sector by providing additional learning spaces for students, contributing to reducing overcrowding in existing classrooms and providing a suitable learning environment. It also seeks to improve sanitation and public health by providing adequate sanitary facilities.

This project is also part of the priorities of the local authorities' development plans for 2023, supported by the Strengthening Institutional and Economic Resilience in #Yemen (#SIERY) project implemented by the #United_Nations Development Programme in Yemen (#UNDP_Yemen) through the #Generations_Without_Qat organization, funded by the #European_Union Delegation in #Yemen.
